Cancellations

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for change or cancellation of any appointment/s, as you (client) will be liable for a full fee.

Referrals

You can refer yourself i.e. you do not need a doctor to refer you to us, conversely if you are to make a claim on your private health insurance you may need a GP referral (i.e. AVIVA, BUPA).

We accept referrals from Employers, Solicitors; Health Insurance Companies, Occupational Health, Medical Reporting Organisations, Intermediary Companies, Consultants and GP's

Home care services

Home care services are available on request for patients or individuals unable to commute to our premises. The task of homecare services is to recommend a specialist Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation services at client's home for ease, comfort and wellbeing of patient and carers alike. Home visits offer exclusive attention of a health professional in the security and privacy of your abode.

Health/Medical Insurance

We are recognized by medical insurance companies to name a few (AVIVA, SimplyHealth, STANDARD LIFE, AXA-PPP, PruHealth, CIGNA AND BUPA) .

Invoice Procedure

We will invoice your insurance/medical company on your behalf against your insurance. Or you may be able to reclaim the cost of your treatment/s if you are medically insured, but you have paid us cash or cheque for your treatments/s, and therefore you are advised to contact your insurance company for the course of action you must follow. You will still, be likely to pay for your consultation/s as you go and we will give you a receipt for your treatment/s (where applicable) which you can then send to your insurance company for your reimbursement/refund.
